• Collaborate with the supervisor to structure interviews for prospective candidates
• Assist in the maintenance of job.
• Develop hiring packets for future recruitment initiatives.
• Prepare new hire paperwork, advertising open job positions, advising employees on safety issues.
• Get knowledge of employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, conducting interviews or administering pre-employment tests.
